Beautiful pastel blue sterling enamel Norwegian buckle by J. Tostrup. Signed Tostrup 925s. Beautiful condition in enamel no enamel loss or damage, I do think there was another silver piece probably a buckle closure that came over the front as there are two rough edges to the silver there so something is missing. Measures 3 inches by 2.25 inches. Weighs 37.2 grams.
